Got my 30 cards for September finished!

I finished up my 30 cards PLUS 6 "any hero" cards last night, and have them ready to mail out Monday morning....
BUT...
I forgot to scan them, besides the first 6!  Oh well....  I did 1 Thank You; 2 Thinking of you; 2 Miss you: 6 Birthday; and 19 Blank inside....
I probably won't do any more  until after the first of the year now.... I have to get ready for a craft fair in November PLUS I make most of my Christmas gifts, so need to get busy on that stuff soon....
I do plan to start again with the new year, though... this is a fantastic organization and I feel so privileged to be able to be a part of it!

September cards...

I have signed up to make 30 cards for September.  I've already got a pretty good start on them!  Here are my first 6!  I don't like the new way to upload the cards... I can't never get them right!

Any Hero Cards

These are cards I made for them to give out to "any hero", which is any soldier  where ever they might be giving out the OWH cards.  I wrote a note inside telling them how proud I am of them and thanking them for being a hero and serving our country and that I was praying for them....

This is it! My 50 cards!

I now have 50 cards ready to send out to Operation Write Home!  I will making some "any hero" cards, which is cards marked to give to "any hero" and a message written inside.... I will do at least a dozen of these and then my box will be shipped on September 3rd!  woohoo!!!!
BUT... that's not the end of this.... I've already signed up to d 30 cards in September!  I plan to send cards every month, coz this is such an AWESOME organization and way to serve in a simple way!

Been making cards again.... some for OWH; some for church; and some birthday cards for people I give to... Here are my latest OWH cards.... The black and white ones don't look like much on the outside but have cute sayings on the inside.... hope the soldiers like them and can use them to send to their families!
